    Hi,

    It’s not possible on (community events) anymore to add an new organiser and a new location. It only shows existing locations.

    Hi Iwan,

    Do you happen to have a link where I can see that? It looks like you have the latest versions of the plugins installed so I’d like to see the submission form in case I see something.

    Were you able to add new organizers and venues using the Community Events forms before? If so, what has changed on your site since it stopped working? That will help me see if we can pinpoint the issue.

    Lastly, will you please follow the steps in this guide? It will help us find any possible conflicts and how to approach them.

    Let’s start here and see what we find. đŸ™‚

    Hi Iwan, thanks for following up!

    Just to make sure we’re covering all our bases:

    • What happened when you deactivated all other plugins and switched to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Fifteen)? Were you able to add new venues and organizers to events via the form while the site was like that?
    • Would it be possible for you leave your site in those default conditions so I can see and troubleshoot the issue from there?

    Also, are you able to answer the other question I had asked:

    Hi Iwan,

    So sorry for the trouble! This is indeed an issue and we are currently working on it and should have a patch released soon. I’ll mark this thread Pending Fix in the meantime and will be sure to follow-up with you when we have more info to share.
