    Hello ,

have seen this post (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/add-category-name-as-body_class/) which adds the category name to the body class.
Is this also possible for the categoryoverview? I work with Filter-Bar and if a category is selected I would like to have this in the body-class

    Thanks in advance
    Nico

    Hi Nico!

Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.

First, please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom coding. That said, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.

The snippet in that thread won’t work for the filter bar, as the filter bar works with ajax requests. You will need a different approach to achieve that.

Let me point you to the following article that is of similar topic > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/the-events-calendar-category-colors/

Let me know if any follow up questions.

    Best,
    Victor

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
