ParticipantHello. I am developing a website and i can see the Add an Event page with the corresponding form. I then changed the language of my WordPress installation to Italian and that same page gives a 404 error.
Any idea what might be happening? Thank you.October 12, 2016 at 9:14 am #1175408Raffaello Lapucci
ParticipantI forgot to say that i´ve disabled all plugins (except The Events Calendar ones) and i activated the theme Ten Sixteen and the problem still happens. Thank you.

MemberGood evening Raffaello and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the 404 message you are getting. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, I would highly recommend re-saving your permalinks.
Finally, could you tell me what URL generates that message ?
Best regards,

MemberGood morning Raffaello,
At your request, I just changed the previous answer to “private”.
I do believe I know what is going on. When you switch to Italian, the “add” slug gets translated too (hence the 404). It is probably something like http://www.associazioneitalianialisbona.pt/eventi/community/aggiungi
You can find the exact URL if you go to Events -> Settings -> Community after changing language.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantThank you Geoff, problem solved!
I actually thought of that but because the Community settings of the plugin show this information, even after i changed the language, i was lost:The slug used for building the community events URL – it is appended to the main events slug. Your current community events URLs are
http://www.associazioneitalianialisbona.pt/eventi/community/add
http://www.associazioneitalianialisbona.pt/eventi/community/listhave a nice day.
