    Hi Geoff,
    After reading the status report, I noticed that was still working with the 4.0.2 version of Event Ticket Plus.
    I corrected that and guess what? Problem solved! 🙂

    Still have a questioin though: do you have any idea why the ticket section of the event page is forced into the left sidebar?

    YAY! That’s awesome. I’m so glad to hear we were able to get things back up and running.

    The Avada theme has customized the page layout so that tickets appear in the sidebar. You will need to reach out to them directly in order to move it into the main content area, since they know the customizations best. I had a quick look myself and wasn’t able to immediately latch onto something.
