    I was trying to renew my licenses for the Pro and Filter and accidentally purchased a new filter license instead. I renewed the other original license and would like to return for refund the accidental filter license I purchased.

    Thanks for reaching out! I’ve gone ahead and refunded this duplicate license for you, and you should see those funds returning to your account in no more than 5-10 business days. In the future, should you need to request a refund from us for any reason, you can do so right from our convenient form. Simply fill it out and submit, and we’ll take care of the rest!
