    Hi,

    I have successfully installed the facebook import plugin, added my developer key but I get the following error when trying to import events from a facebook page.

    The following is the full url:
    https://www.facebook.com/Dellenkultur-285551451557845/?fref=photo

    This is the name I use for the import:
    Dellenkultur

    This is the error I get:
    Facebook API Error returned for Dellenkultur: (#803) Cannot query users by their username (Dellenkultur)

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    The Facebook Importer does not work with Profile IDS.

    It only can do automatic imports from Facebook Page IDS on events without restrictions.

    If you would like to import an event from a user you have to use the Event ID.
