503 error adding event to cart – Avada theme

Hey George,

Have already spoken to my host who can’t find anything. They have suspected two plugins that are caching but really weren’t sure. Here’s the info you require. And many thanks for getting onto this so quickly.

Perhaps it’s something to do with the event setup as this event does not return a 503 error:
