Hi,
I have same problem as someone here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/2-tickets-issued-for-1-purchase/ (but that is private and I can not see the asnwer) and people here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/2-tickets-issued-for-1-purchase-revisited/ (but i dont have paypal, only paying by card).
In last 2 weeks I sold 215 tickets, but it issued 250 tickets.
Sometimes when someone bought 2 tickets, it send him 4 tickets.
Other time when someone bought 5 tickets, it send him 10 tickets.
So it is only sometimes and it sends the double amount (in 3 cases i found and there will be more.)What can I do about it?
Due to GDPR i dont want to send screenshots, but it is same as the other two topics. When someone bought 2 tickets, paid for 2 tickets, he got 4 PDF files and he is listed 4 times as attendee. So the number of tickets in “orders” (in screenshot, currently 217 is correct – i checked and exported orders via woocommerce). But the number in attendees list and the number of free spaces at venue is wrong. Also, it is different topic, but i am thinking how to control it, when people have more tickets as they should. So i though about check it via order number. But the order number is not on the printed PDF. I have extention PDF tickets: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/pdf-tickets/, where is name, date, venue, and security code.
Please, how I can add that in PDF will be also number of the order. I know that it will be just for future purchases, but it will help in case that this will happen again. Thanks a lot for fast reply.

Reporting the same issue as: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/2-tickets-issued-for-1-purchase-revisited/October 2, 2018 at 10:54 am #1635656BrendanKeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
I’ve verified this looks to be similar to a couple other similar bug reports so I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
Thanks,

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
The Events Calendar Support TeamJanuary 22, 2019 at 5:36 am #1694601VictorKeymasterHi!
Just wanted to share with you that a new release of our plugins is out, where we included a five minute delay to the attendee record generation that we think will solve the duplicated tickets issue you’ve been experiencing.
Find out more about this release → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-for-the-week-of-13-january-2019/
We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience while we worked on this.
As always, we suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can make all plugin updates without disrupting the live site.
Please update the plugins and see if the fix works for you. Don’t hesitate to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’ll be happy to assist.
Best,
Victor -
