This article covers account-level management for your Promoter account: updating your profile, understanding site-license limits, and making data or deletion requests.

Updating Your Profile

Access your profile from the top-right corner of the Promoter dashboard.

From the Profile screen you can update your name, email address, and password.

💡 Changing your password requires entering your current password first, to protect your account.

If you change your email address here, note that this also changes the email address used to log in to Promoter. A verification email will be sent to the new address, and the new address won’t take effect until you click the verification link. See Verifying and Changing Your Send-From Email Address for more detail on how email changes work.
