Tribe Commerce is our original e-commerce solution included with Event Tickets. Since then, we’ve created Tickets Commerce as a newer, easier way to use PayPal and start selling tickets for free within minutes.
Tribe Commerce won’t be around forever, but for now, we’re leaving this option available for our customers.
For current Tribe Commerce users with active Tribe Commerce tickets on sale, you’ll still be able to use Tribe Commerce, configure the settings, and see the available options.
If you install a new site and would like to use Tribe Commerce there, you can add a constant to your wp-config.php in order to keep using it there.
You’ll want to add this constant to your wp-config.php file:
define('TEC_TRIBE_COMMERCE_AVAILABLE', true);
