Head over to https://support.theeventscalendar.com/my_tickets. If you already have an account here then log in.
If you forgot your password, then try doing a password reset.
If you don’t have an account in our support portal, then click on ‘Register’ and create an account with the same email address you used to reach out to our support team. Once your account is created and you have logged in you can look at your tickets by clicking on ‘My Tickets‘ at the top.
