I did have tickets pro plugin already installed.
When I tried to reinstall it, it would tell me I already had a folder. When I tried to uninstall it, I couldn’t see it in my list. I had to FTP with Filezilla and delete the folder manually. After I reinstalled both the tickets and tickets pro plugin, everything worked fine.
Thank you, even if it wasn’t the solution, it did point me in the right direction to look
