David M LernerParticipantHi, How do I send you a pm? Events Calendar crashed the website yesterday and I can send you the log files showing the error, but I don’t want to post them on a public forum.
David M LernerParticipantWe have followed all of the steps in your forum post. Our license keys do not expire until June or December, but our client is getting a License Expired message. Can you help us with that, please?

I logged in to make sure the recurring events feature is working and I still can’t see it. I did see an error message noting that we’re using Events Calendar Pro, but that the license keys we supplied are invalid. This came up when I hit “create new event.”
David M LernerParticipantHi, One of my guys think we may have purchased the wrong version of Events Calendar, and that’s why we’re having issues. Can you check our account and tell me if we need to buy a different version?

David M LernerParticipantHi, We are not familiar with creating Apps through Facebook. That may the problem. We’ll look for a Facebook developer who can create an app for us.
David M LernerParticipantI am not seeing anything on the import area and it keeps saying there is an API error. Is there a way to get the Access token?
David M LernerParticipantAccording to the settings the next import is not for another 8 hours and I had it set to hourly. Is there a way to speed this up a little?
