Just an update, it seems to be working randomly throughout the day. Puzzling!

I have checked different browsers, same result, sometimes works and sometimes not.

Thanks for your reply and your kind words! Appreciate it 🙂

You are looking in the correct place and when I checked it this morning it was working again (I had done nothing), then an hour later not working – screenshot attached. ( I made sure I cleared my cache and checked on other computers and mobile – still not working)

The widget customization is by the theme author. I can contact their support if you think it is the customizations causing a problem.

I’ll await your advice, appreciate your help.
