Ok the culprit was one of your plug ins the The Events Calendar Extension: Schedule Day View
Activate was causing all attempts to adjust outside the current month view default to the first day of the current month in day view.

OK now The October button goes to September 1.
Updated everything just now. I’ll try one of the plugin checkers

I followed the timezone suggestions in another thread but that didn’t work either.

In summary I put June 2nd on one of the “once” recurring events and it shows up on the calendar as June 3rd.
