Hi Kelly, thank you for your explanation, it’s all clear now.
Just created a specific product category for my ticket to allow cateogory filtering in coupon page.
May I suggest, in future version, to include a drop down in ticket edit page to associate the ticket/product to a product category without having to use product edit page?

Ok, thank you, just added successfully a filter by product entering, as you suggest, the ticket code.
What about filter by category? I tried entering name, short name or id number of event category but the drop down remains empty. Is there a trick to so?
