Problem solved, I had actually tried creating a tribe-events.css file to place in my theme folder…doh!!! Sorry to be a bother.

Hi Barry, thanks for that. Hopefully it won’t become a problem. It would make for a better service though if the customer could log in and resend at their convenience. Is this something you might add?

Ok, that’s a shame but thanks for clarifying. Can you advise on resending the ticket email if it’s lost or can the buyer log in and resend to themselves?

Hi, I’m having the same problem. What is the first step to resolving the problem after checking that the events calendar and woocommerce tickets are up to date? I have also disabled all other plugins except events and woocommerce but still nothing. I purchased today and had hoped to get it all installed and active quickly.
