The other plugin is working great – thank you! It’s been up and running and working perfectly since 29th June and has actually gone one better than we initially needed. We can now view events: By Event Activity, By Vehicle Type, By Event Organiser and By Venue (and no doubt we could find a few more to do). Although we don’t need it at the moment, we could accept bookings, manage attendees and take payments etc.
How do we chase up the refund request? We’ve not had any acknowledgement or any response whatsoever. I’ve checked that we sent it to the correct address that you stated in your post above.

ParticipantHello Jonah – No, after reviewing your post above, we removed your plugin and sourced another one that did exactly what we needed. This new plugin has been in situ and working successfully. Are you saying that we will not now get the refund you suggested we apply for?
