I should also mention that this is happening on two of my other websites as well, so not an isolated incident.

Thanks, Patricia – unfortunately this doesn’t appear to have worked. I flushed the permalinks and deleted my browser cache. I dont have a caching plugin on the site – is there a built in site cache that you were referring to?
