Here is a screen shot of the first order. Note that the message at top indicates the email already sent…therefore, I’m using the drop down in the image to show you what action and from what page (meaning, the order page).

I tested with the wp_mail() function and the ticket email didn’t send, yet, the test function on Easy WP SMTP did work. Responses to posts on your forums from support regarding this issue suggested to use Easy WP SMTP to go around that function. So I tried that. No go. I went back and disabled all plugins and reverted to TwentyFourteen and tested it again (using the Action to resend ticket emails from the event page in admin) and it didn’t sent the email. What else should I try?

I would very much appreciate some assistance with this issue. Could someone please take a peek at this issue? We’ve got everything else working, but the email issue is confounding. One additional note, I am unable to increase the PHP memory limit beyond 32M. If that is a critical factor, please let me know. Thank you in advance for your technical expertise.
