As answered before. Yes, many options were tried regarding the time zone. Yes the plugins were deactivated.

I believe multiple options were tried for the time zone. No plugins have been activated or deactivated since the system info was sent.

The update was also done after the problem persisted. We thought that might be the issue.

Josh,
The theme used is twentythirteen and all other plugins have been disabled with the same problem. I have encountered issues before where the server time is not set correctly. But I don’t think that’s the issue here because nothing changes when changing the time zone or “end of day” setting and we’ve tried it on 2 different servers.
