I did discover the ticket in my Junk mail. Is there any way to prevent that from happening?
Also, I would still like to have the system mark the order as complete automatically (if that’s what it takes to have it send out the ticket automatically)
Thanks for getting back so quickly! The only thing I’m not sure about are the cron settings. To be honest, I don’t know anything about cron, so I’m sure I didn’t disable it. Not to say it isn’t disabled. How do I check it? And is there a reason it would be disabled if I didn’t do it?
