I changed

html.placeholder label[for] {
display: none;
}

to

html.placeholder label[for] {
display: block !important;
}

and that seems to have fixed the issue.

Hi Geoff,

That add the fields to the standard RSVP fields (Name & email) but not to the custom fieldsets I had set up. (Company, address, etc)
