ParticipantI believe I finally figured it out and it turned out to be something incredibly silly. When going to the settings page under the display tab I realized that the map checkbox was unchecked for some reason (while normally everything is checked). I’m attaching a screenshot for reference. Since our default view was map it obviously couldn’t find the page. I checked the map checkbox and it shows up correctly now. I hope this helps!

ParticipantHi George,
I followed your instructions. First, I looked for a page called events in our pages section. There wasn’t any page name called Events or slug /events.
I also activated the 2016 theme, deactivated all plugins except for the Event Calendar and The Event Calendar Pro. The page still didn’t work. I went to the permalinks section and hit save and refreshed the Events page; nothing changed. It still gives me the 404 error. I’m attaching screenshots of the process as well..

ParticipantUpdate: I just clicked on the save button in the permalinks section and now the individual event links do work again, the main event page still isn’t working though. I thought this might be useful.

ParticipantHi,
Apologies for the delay, I just saw all the replies to this thread. As mentioned earlier, we’ve tried all possible steps and nothing fixed it. On top of it, it has gotten worse. Now not only does the main event page not work, but also the individual events (e.g. https://myelitis.org/event/power-sharing-stories). We heavily rely on this plugin to spread the word about our events and fundraisers, and the links to these events are shared on several posters and flyers. We would really need for this issue to be fixed as soon as possible!
@George About the permalinks: we have them set to post name. Please let me know what other information I can provide in order for you to be able to help us solve this!
