ParticipantI’m shocked that you wouldn’t want to investigate a possible bug here. Avada support is saying they can’t help as it’s an issue with the theme, and you are saying you can’t help because it’s an issue with the third party plugin. Surely one of you wants to get to the bottom of this… Plus, I’m a paying customer and this does not feel like premium support.

ParticipantI was able to isolate the issue by deactivating our theme – Avada – and it’s two required plugins, Fusion Builder and Fusion Core. I will also contact our theme, however, would you have any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

ParticipantThanks. No, the information is not showing up on the attendee page either. Did you read the thread that I linked to? It ended up being an issue on your end after I had done all of the testing steps you mention below. It would seem logical that it’s a similar issue within the plugin again… maybe?
There is another open request with the same issue…
I’ll work on the testing steps you mention below later today.
Thanks,

ParticipantYes! This seemed to work! Thanks so very much.

ParticipantI was wondering if there is an update on this issue. I see a new maintenance release came out, but I don’t see this issue addressed. Thanks!
Tanya Kieneker
ParticipantYes, I understood that. And I downgraded and it is saving the details now. Thank you!

ParticipantThanks Victor. Ironically, I can’t find the extension on your list anymore, but I downloaded it from your site not long ago. I’ve attached the zip file below.
For the system status, the Help tab under Events is just a white screen, so I’ve copied the system status from Avada. I hope that helps.

ParticipantThat worked perfectly! Thank you SO very much! Any ideas on the extension conflict I mentioned? Because this would have solved the problem very easily if not for the sidebar issue.
Tanya Kieneker
ParticipantThat worked perfectly! However, it’s still showing up on the individual event pages and list view. Is there a way to include those versions in the CSS?
Thanks again!

ParticipantI think I’ve figured out that there are a number of CSS files that are referencing the add to cart button and they are all conflicting each other. I’ve found code in rsvp.css and wootickets.css that are definitely conflicting. The classes are just slightly different meaning my custom css wasn’t over-riding it. Once I disabled those to entire files, my custom css started working again.

ParticipantMe too. Actually a number of custom CSS items have been overridden since the last update – in most cases it looks like a renaming of classes, which is just really frustrating. To find every single one and change it seems like a lot of work.
