Hi Brian,
I thought that since we have the same problem, it would be appropriate to post it here. Anyway: for me the second snippet did the trick thanks!

I seem to have the same problem: an for Februari is present (http://www.amersfoortbusiness.com/agenda/2015-02/), but the month-view in januari does not show the link to the next month (januari is the last link).

Thanks Casey.
Since the plugin is supposed to be multi lingual (and I’m using it on a Dutch website), I think it is a bit odd that that part is in English and untranslatable, so I’ll definitely submit a request 🙂
