Hi Geoff,

it’s too late to start all over again with polylang. There’s a lot of content to be translated again and I don’t have a mood for automizing the process of migration from WPML to Polylang, either. I have spent some extra time to research the possibilities with other plugins and I have found one that meets our requirements. It is a bit more expensive but it also makes the development more convenient. I would like to ask you to process the refund.

Well, that’s absolutely not a good news. We have tickets that are limited in numbers and I need a multilingual solution as we organize an international event. I would like to request a refund. When I was buying the plugin, I was pretty sure about its multilingual use (see the screenshot of the product description I just made). I need a replacement for your plugin. Could you suggest any, please?
