Thanks for moving the private stuff.

Is there an ETA on when the filter bar will work with the shortcode?

I mean, honestly, I wouldn’t have to have multiple PHP customizations if your plugins worked together. It’s not exactly an unreasonable request or expectation that 2 paid add-ons to a plugin … you know, work? When I bought the filter bar along with pro that was kind of what I (and anybody tbh) thought would happen. Anyway, I guess that’s that.

Never mind, removing ‘tribe_events’ from is_singular() worked – clearly I need to work on my PHP knowledge.

    Thanks a lot.

I think maybe I wasn’t clear? I am using the shortcode to display different categories on multiple single pages. However on the MAIN Events Cal page I want to hide a few categories.

If I target !is_singular() won’t it hide those categories from all the pages using the shortcode ?

The others won’t work either as I am using list view for all of the instances

I just need to target only /events page (the HR calendar) and no other to remove e.g. alumni and celebration events. Thanks.

I am following the testing protocols you mentioned

However, in order to test the plugin on a fresh wordpress install I had to disconnect it from the original site and use the license on others with different setups. It is saying now that “You have entered a license key for The Events Calendar PRO but the key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.”

I’m trying to remain calm but I have to say this is past the point of ridiculous. Is there anything you can do to reset my installs? I can’t even troubleshoot something I paid $270 for, after having to do it myself in the first place…

Hello. 2/3rds of my plugins have already passed the time needed for a refund. As they appear normal on the events page I was unaware I’d need Pro and that there would a problem.

You don’t have a dedicated support ticketing system nor a method for trialing the plugins, and for such an expensive product I think that’s really poor service.

If this turns out to be unfixable or I don’t receive a reply on this forum soon, I’m not sure how I’ll feel. My colleagues have already filled in many events so there’s time wasted as well as money.

    Please advise.
