Thanks for your response.

The only reason we purchased Events Calendar PRO was for the shortcode functionality.

Given that the month view calendar looks fine on this page:

https://hopehumanesociety.com/events-monthly/

But not this page:

https://hopehumanesociety.com/get-involved/events/

would seem to indicate that the issue is with your plugin and not the theme.

Kindly work on a fix for us.

We setup staging and followed the steps as mentioned. The calendar seems to have an issue with our theme. Our theme is called Primer by GoDaddy and it is version 1.8.1.

What should we do to get this corrected?
