I am sorry but I can’t give you an example now, because we added start and end dates to all tickets yesterday. We did that when we recognized that a customer purchased a ticket for an event that took place in Jan 2017.
Now it is not possible to remove the content of the date fields in a ticket anymore. I just tryed but the dates still are there even if I save not only the ticket but also the event itself.
What can we do about this?
At the moment we fill in the dates for every new ticket to avoid any problems.
