The old site no longer exists, and I deleted the License from it on the Events Pro License page. The walkthough said that I would see a slot appear for the new site, but it is not there. What can I do?
I have been through the Support on this issue and I’ve done everything correctly. There is no “slot” that pops up on refresh to place my license for the new site. My account does not expire until March. What can I do?
