    We built our site on a test area and just took the site live on our correct site name. Now the Events Calendar Pro does not upgrade. Please help!!

    I found out that I can remove a license and add it to my site. But now I think I’ve deleted the license all together!!! Please help! What do I do?

    I have been through the Support on this issue and I’ve done everything correctly. There is no “slot” that pops up on refresh to place my license for the new site. My account does not expire until March. What can I do?

    Hi Lisa

    Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key. I believe the issue is mostly that you need to disconnect your website from My Account ยป Licenses on our site. Then, depending upon how you changed your domain, you might need to delete the license from the new site and then add it back.

    The old site no longer exists, and I deleted the License from it on the Events Pro License page. The walkthough said that I would see a slot appear for the new site, but it is not there. What can I do?
