ParticipantHi Andras,
Thank you for your reply, although not the one I was expecting.
The Eventbrite extension to Event Calendar clearly suggests that you can manage your events from WP Admin
“With Eventbrite Tickets, you can manage your entire event from your WordPress admin, including tickets!”I do not see that statement as correct and without management of the event including tickets, I cannot see the purpose of this premium add-on extension. If you consider that under the section for Eventbrite tickets it is showing ticket stock that does not adjust, why would it need to be shown at all?
Really I am dissatisfied with the addon because it does not do what is claimed.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
I had marked this as resolved. I deleted the event and re-created it and the problem was solved. I did mark this ticket as resolved yesterday.

ParticipantHow long does it take to receive a response to my support tickets?

ParticipantTo highlight and track this problem, I created an event with two tickets. I have managed to purchase two tickets from Eventbrite and one ticket from my WordPress site ( making three tickets sold from the available two). Still, the Eventbrite ticket section on WordPress shows that two tickets are available while on Eventbrite they show sold out.
PLEASE – WE NEED A FIX TO THIS PROBLEM

ParticipantEventbrite ticket sales are not updating status on my WordPress site.
The sold quantity neither changes in the Eventbrite section of ticket information on my WordPress nor does the total available update. This can easily lead to over-selling as the stock is not adjusted for any sales through Eventbrite.
How to fix this problem?

ParticipantThank you Jaime for your response. It is indeed sad to hear that Events Calendar cant support variable products as such. As there are so many people voting for this feature since 2016, is it something that EC is considering for the next update?
As for the check-in situation, I feel misunderstood so I will re-phrase. If I have multiple events taking place in different rooms around the same time and one check-in location/desk how can the scanning be achieved to take the user (being the staff member checking in the ticket holders ) to the relevant event? to mark the ticket holder as checked-in in.?
