    I just removed everything and tried it again and this is what I’m getting. (see image) you can see in the screenshot I have PayPal active.

    Thats the thing, I’ve setup PayPal many times before and never seen this. PayPal is saying they are seeing it come over from WordPress not Woocommerce. I’ve check the PayPal tokens and API information and it’s all correct.
