ParticipantHi Hunter,
Thanks so much for your reply. That knowledgebase article was helpful, and I’m sorry for not seeking it out sooner. It looks like one thing that I could do is to create a series say, a 4-day retreat for my clients. And then I have to go back and find the particular day that has a different schedule (say day 2 or 3) and then break it out of the series and edit it separately with different hours. I’ll have to see if that’s possible.
But I didn’t check for compatibility issues here since the question I had seemed limited to the feature set of the plugin. I realize that the support forums aren’t necessarily the right place for this discussion but I wanted to be sure my understanding was correct before proposing a new feature — and indeed I see that it is in fact one of the top features requested and the developers plan to incorporate it:
So I will await that development. Anyone else with this issue can receive updates by means of the above thread. Thank you!

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Thanks for the follow-up! I’m glad we’re at least getting consistent behavior and that there’s a workaround for the moment. Honestly it’s not too much trouble to add in start and end times on a range of days, so I don’t sweat it too much.
No other questions for me on this issue. I appreciate all of your help!

ParticipantSorry, Geoff, about not including the System Info in the first message. I just posted it above. And thanks so much for taking the time to look over my problem. The hack you gave me worked, and I’m not opposed to running with it for now — I’m afraid I’ve already employed a few others like it!
And thank you for the reference link about grid view. That looks good, and might be what I ultimately decide on doing if I can get it working. I’ll try that later today.
Unless my system info provides any other insights or you have new leads, I suggest we can go ahead and close this thread. Once more, thanks for all the help!

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Thanks so much for taking the time to look at the problem for me. Did the Google import calendar function work for you in that it opened up the import dialog in Google Calendar?
The button was generating the right link syntax, so I didn’t think it was a plugin conflict (I had disabled all the other plugins when I tested the issue before I submitted the ticket, though I then — perhaps unhelpfully — re-enabled them to continue development). I compared the syntax of the Google URL (https://calendar.google.com/calendar/render?action=TEMPLATE& … ) with one of your working demo sites and I think I found the problem…
Turns out my import URL works just fine once you add a start and end time to the dates (so that the URL reads not “&dates=20170921/20170925” but, for instance, “&dates=20170921T180000/20170925T191500”). Even though Google Calendar can handle all-day events, for the purposes of importing you need to specify hours. So just an FYI for anyone else who might have this issue. Simple fix, and I regret not trying that before posting here and saving you some time!
Thanks so much! This issue’s resolved!
