No I don’t. I have WP Super Cache installed and clearing cache doesn’t work.
My point here is that the problem of disappearing tickets appears to be much larger than you guys think.

shanghaiistParticipantFound this on your list of known issues and apparently it’s fixed? I’m still facing the problem and apparently so are many of your other customers as I poke around these forums.
I previously managed to get tickets tested before, so it’s not because I didn’t set them up correctly.
shanghaiistParticipantYalanda, were you able to find a solution for this problem? I’m experiencing exactly the same and from the forum, it appears we’re not alone! Not sure what’s wrong?
