    Hi George – we have had only 1 active event thus far and the second one is coming up in April of next year, so I do not know if the issue is across the board or isolated to this one event. Information for the new event is being setup in the next few weeks and once we start getting registrations in, we will know more. i.e was the issue resolved by recent version updates, was it a fluke, or is it a consistent ongoing problem. We will certainly watch any new registrations very closely, to see if we find information missing, but it might be a little while before we have that information.

    Hi Nico – thank you for the update. I just updated to all the latest versions. Would you please let me know exactly what I need to do now to get the hyperlink added to my Waiver field? Since several versions of code and steps have been provided, it would be great to get the steps/code that I will need exactly to get a working link back into my waiver field.

    Thank you for the update Cliff, this is very unfortunate….,especially for a paid product. I am accustomed to more responsive resolutions from other development teams, especially if it is pertaining to something that worked and was broken due to updates from the developers side. It also makes it quite clear that this is not a solid solution for any type of custom tickets with registration; to have the ability to have a waiver link or terms and conditions link is a very standard requirement.

    Can this ticket stay open until it is actually resolved, so I don’t have to constantly re-create it?

    Hi – after additional testing and putting my initial code for the hyperlink back into the checkfield after the php modification, it worked.

    Hi Nico – I will check with Avada on question #1

    Regarding the waiver, it did not work. Entering the url that way still just puts a flat url there and not a hyperlink. I modified the checkbox.php as suggested – please see attached.     Hi – was wondering if there is a response. This is pretty important to resolve as it has a major impact on the registration from and process.

    Again, the issue is having a checkmark box with a hyperlink to a waiver page on the individual atteneed registration area. Also, in the custom fieldsets that can be added, there does not seem to be an option for a date/date picker or phone number field set, am I overlooking anything?
