Yes, followed that exact process a few times. Does not go green, always red. Then did it with Network tools turned on, the admin_ajax is returning with the following:
{“status”:0,”message”:”Sorry, key validation server is not available.”}
Happy to set a user up and for someone to login and have a look it that speeds up the troubleshooting? Let me know and I will send it in a private reply.
Tried it again and getting the same thing.
