Sorry about that. How do I send a picture in this reply? I’ll describe it again. When you look at a Week or Month view of the calendar, I’d like to have the events from one category show up as green and events from another category show up as blue, etc. Each of these ics feeds represents a meeting room here and is placed into a category by the same name but our clients want to be able to view many categories(rooms) at the same time. We are a retirement community so their old eyes prefer some different color font to help differentiate things in a single screen.

As for question 2, I think I was able to get my categories to stick prior to saving them as a recurring import so I think that will work for me.
