Thank you – this is now resolved. It was the Date Format Settings as you suggest.

    Hi Patricia

Thank you for coming back to me. I don’t think I explained myself very well. The default view of Month/Year then all of the events for that month is what I want to achieve, but for some reason it is pulling in the full date of the first event of each month.

    So it should be:

    September 2017
    Event 1
    Event 2

    October 2017
    Event 3
    Event 4

Is there a bug which is causing this to happen?

Regarding the other issue, thank you I have changed the default number of posts on an Archive page and this appears to have resolved it.

    Regards

    Michael

Further to my last post, we are also experiencing another issue.

I’ve tested the http://www.oxfordbachsoloists.com/events page on Safari and Chrome and also on my iphone and ipad, and it seems to be a consistent problem:

    1. When I first load the page, not all the events are populated
    2. I click on Next Events and I get a “No results found” message even though there should be events
    3. I then click on Previous Events to go back, and get all events now populated.

The same thing happens if I were to click on Previous Events in step 2, and then Next Events in step 3.

    Hi Patricia

I changed the formatting options slightly so the box is no longer grey but you should see the date line which only appears for the first event of the month but not for events that follow, so the same problem is still occurring.

    Best regards

Thanks Geoff. That sounds like a great solution. I will try that.

Can you tell me how to add a custom field to the meta details area? (We have the PRO version)

Thanks Geoff. When I add that custom CSS to remove the ticket prices, it removes them completely from the Events page which is great, it also removes them from each individual event but it does not remove the “Cost:” bit that appears before it. How can I remove that as it looks odd at the moment to say “Cost: ____”

Did I also read somewhere that you might be introducing custom fields in your next update, so I could manually enter “Cost: £35, £25, £15”?

    Hi Geoff

Thanks for coming back to me, although I’m not sure that answers my question. I have read the article that you link to, but that is not what I am trying to resolve.

My issue is this. Please take a look at this page: http://www.londonfirebird.com/whatson/
Where it says “£15-£35” for the first event, I want to change that so it shows in reverse order, e.g. £35-£15. Is that at all possible? If it is not, is there a way to hide this information? The same issue then applies on the event pages themselves – take this one: http://www.londonfirebird.com/event/fantasia/ – where it says “Cost: £15-£35”. Again, I would like to either reverse the order, or just remove that line entirely, since the various tickets are listed below anyway.

    Kind regards
    Michael
