I Am using woocommerce tickets on genesis theme.

Hey.

The K is gone if I remove it yes. But there is probably an error in the field as it should of course just print what is entered in that field right? It works with a dash and the @ symbol.

No, no custom coding done or any editing to the addons and plugin.

Only edited the date-time seperator as you can see and the date format.
But doesn’t appear to be that as it just writes the K and not Kl. (which means time of day in danish)

Hello again, it appears to be working now.. I tried deactivating the plugins and then testet and it worked, and the enabled again, and it also worked. Luck I guess 🙂

I did edit the date in the template as it wasn’t using the correct date format for danish. I got info to edit this in another forum post: See here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/change-date-in-email-template/

Unsure if this could be the cause. If so, please advise. Thanks
