Great! The license key issue is resolved. However, the issue with the attendees still persists. Please see error code below.

Yes, you are correct. It is Event Tickets Plus.
We had the site in development at dev.vmts.com. I initially purchased Event Tickets Plus and added the license key to that domain. When the site went live, we changed the domain to vmts.com. I tried to use the license key for the initial purchase and was notified that the key was out of installs. I am guessing this is because it is being seen as a second website.
Is it possible to reset the key to allow for reinstall on the live site?
