    Forgot to add Calendar versions:
    The Events Calendar PRO Version 3.5.2
    The Events Calendar Version 3.5.1

    Hi, thank you for your answer.

    I narrowed it down to this plugin.
    WPML Multilingual CMS Version 3.1.5

    After I disable it, the recurring works, the thing is if i re-enable it, the recurring still works!

    Any one else out there with same problem or fix?
