ParticipantYeah, I removed the footer.
Also talked to the developer of the theme and he stated it is not the theme, but some coding in the application you guys developed that is throwing the error.
Maybe a naming issue or something.
Glenn
Participantwhich .php page does the community events plugin get the footer from?
Glenn
ParticipantYeah, getting rid of the footer area absolutely helps in regards to the look and feel. Still not completely satisfied, but there is a conflict for sure.
Glenn
ParticipantI will keep messing with it as it is just a weird bug going on here.
I say that because the Calendar works fine. However, the Community Event portion does not, so it makes me wonder what in the code you guys have has changed. The fact it is showing in the footer as well, is interesting.
Almost seems the footer area of this thing needs to be removed on that page, but still the top area of this thing does not look right at all. I don’t want to blame the theme on this, as it should sit similar to how the calendar does. The pages of the theme have not changed at all.
I will take a gander at the files for the community portion of your plugin to see where the conflict is. I will report back here shortly.
I will also vote on the shortcode, thanks.
Glenn
ParticipantYeah, it worked properly on the other theme.
Wondering if I can just use a shortcode instead as it is probably the theme causing this issue. This may stop the issue.
Glenn
ParticipantJust because I know you won’t be logged in, you will see the issue where the log-in and logout area is at the top of the page as well as in the Testimonial area of the site.
Sames thing goes with add an event. It is in both areas.
