I have now fixed this myself.

Although the _tribe_tickets_meta was being captured in the order, it hadn’t been added to each ticket.
That resolves query 1 and 3 and suggests that renewing the licence has been helpful in correcting whatever bug existed in the version we had at the point the licence expired.
However, we still aren’t getting the necessary information in our emails and hope you can help us with that.

It is behaving in the same way as the admin screen.
