I have looked over the themers guide. but it does not really contain the information that i am needing.
I guess i will have to look elsewhere for more information.

So I am attempting to go the route of the 3rd party plugin.
But yet I am not seeing how I would add the additional information.
Could you please provide the Shortcode or any other information that could be used to get the section from the Tickets Email to show up.
I have uploaded the section i want,
