The problem happened in Multisite mode with subdirectory structure, can you try it and tell me what you think?

Also, after you enter the the Site Key and the Secret Key and afterward changing the settings in the Community Tab you will not see the Site Key and the Secret Key in the APIs tab but in the front end you will still will be required to the G-recaptcha-response and the Anti-Spam fields. so once you enter the reCaptcha you can’t undo it and you’ll not be able to submit the form regularly.
