ParticipantHi
Yes- being able to pull up a sales list by submitter would help. Each organiser will use one login for all their events. How would I do this please?May 12, 2017 at 10:41 am in reply to: Organisers asked for paypal account even when split payments not activated #1283192Cath
ParticipantYes- Alongside ‘my events’ is ‘payment details’ and it asks for paypal account so ‘they can be paid. ‘
I think this is confusing when split payments is not enabled – infers that the organiser will be paid via the website (which they will not be) and that they will be paid via paypal (which they will not be)Cath
ParticipantThat worked! Thank you
Cath
ParticipantI also have ‘Never show quantity remaining in stock’ selected in Woo commerce

ParticipantThat creates a whole world of admin. So I have 100 organisers each with 10 events and in order to pay them each month I have to look up 1000 reports each month instead of 100?? Then I have to either collate those 10 reports for each organiser into 1 payment or make 1000 separate payments? Please tell me this is a joke?

ParticipantHi Thanks for this. I have added the snippet to the functions.php file but it hasn’t changed the view in the front end of the website. Is there something I need to do to change the calendar view?
Cath
ParticipantThank you. Unfortunately when I get to wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/week/ I am unable to locate the correct bit to edit. Any tips what I am looking for?

ParticipantHi
If it can’t be done with a shortcode can it be done any other way? All my events are at weekends and I am surely not alone in this. It looks ridiculous to have Monday ‘no events’, Tuesday ‘no events’ etcCath
ParticipantThank you
I have installed that and the test says it is working. However when I buy a ticket the organiser still does not receive an email. The site admin and customer emails are working but not the organiser……Cath
ParticipantHi
Thanks for the reply. I have gone through all the links and I can’t see a problem with my settings.I have downloaded and installed the extension and ticked the box to send organiser an email but the organiser still does not receive an email when a ticket is sold. I have checked that the email address is correct….. any other ideas?
Cath
ParticipantI have just discovered an even bigger problem…… when a ticket is sold the community organiser does not get any notification. The site owner gets a notification but not the event organiser!
