Thanks for the response and details. They helped lead to me a fairly old bug with little to no activity, but before I’m comfortable guaranteeing the issues you’re experiencing are related to this report, I’m having some more seasoned team members look over things.
Hang tight while we investigate a little further and I’d be happy to update you once I’ve got more information. As always, we’ll aim for 24 hours but if it exceeds that amount of time, feel free to ping me here in the forums.
Thanks again and have a good evening!

ParticipantBefore submitting a ticket, I tested out disabling all plugins, including the SEO plugin, and reverting the theme. Google still pulls the wrong data from your plugin. This is not a theme customization, or plugin customization, I am not sure what referencing the guidelines will do to help me.
Please look at the data report from google for the event in question.
Then look at the date of the events on the page.
You can even look into the inspector on the page, and see the incorrect date is outputted.

ParticipantI just noticed that the event structured data appears to be getting pulled correctly, but the meta data for the events is wrong. Maybe this will help debug it
Notice how on the right, it has the correct date, but the meta description is wrong

ParticipantHi Hunter,
I do have a webmaster account, have the sitemap submitted, and there are no crawl errors. I resubmitted it to google for good measure
http://depotslc.com/sitemap.xmlYou can see in the structured data tool report above I posted, that the website is outputting the wrong data. Does your plugin pull the data directly from the sitemap? that would be an odd function
