This issue only appears on the id=0… but I believe that’s because that id contains recurring events… which is where I’m seeing the issue.

It’s related but since this issue is for version 4.2.3, I thought that a separate thread would be best. If not, we can use the other thread.

Do I need to downgrade the Events Calendar Plugin to a different version, if I’m downgrading the iCal importer to 4.2.3? It yes, which version should I use?
Are there any bugs that I need to be aware of with version 4.2.3?

Events are being pulled from here:
http://www.missionviejochristian.com/apps/events/ical/?id=0
http://www.missionviejochristian.com/apps/events/ical/?id=7

Duplicates are created for Events that are repeated over several days. Instead of having the events listed for each date, they all appear for the same date.

I had to manually clean-up the calendar for now… so you can’t see the duplicates now… but if you’d like, I can give you access to WordPress to see.

Thanks! I was able to download the file.

All the events in the calendar are created by the iCal importer. No manually created events at all.
Take a look at September 20th events… Some of the events are duplicated several times.

Questions:

I was not able to download the file. Get a message that says: 503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact The Events Calendar Support for assistance.

Also, I am now noticing duplicate events everywhere… I am pulling my hair out with this situation!!!

Could I have access to iCal Importer version 4.2.3 so that I can test and resolve the issue for now?

Thanks for getting back to me Geoff.

I read through the post you sent me and I have 2 questions:
– I installed the Bulk Delete plugin but could not find the “deleted_event” post type. Only types I could find were Post, Page, Project, tribe_venue, tribe_organizer, tribe_events. What am I missing here?
– If an event is updated or deleted from the iCal calendar, will that event be updated or deleted in the Events Calendar?
